When You’ve Been Spiritually Drained

Sometimes it’s not sin pulling you down—it’s spiritual exhaustion. You’re pouring, praying, pressing… but deep down, you’re running on empty. It’s not that you’ve stopped believing—it’s that you’re worn out. And if you’re honest, you’re not sure how much more you’ve got to give.

The truth is, even the strongest in faith get tired. But God never meant for you to carry the load alone. He leads you beside still waters, not to keep you still—but to restore your soul. Restoration isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. You can’t pour from a dry place and expect to overflow.

If you’ve been spiritually drained, this is your permission to rest—not from God, but in Him. Let Him refill what life has emptied. Let Him breathe new strength into tired places. The fire isn’t gone—it just needs tending. And He’s the One who knows how to spark it again.

📖 Key Scripture:
“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3 (NKJV)

💭 Call to Reflect:
Have you been pushing through on empty? What does it look like to pause and let God restore your soul today?
