Our Statement of Faith
At Revealer of Truth Ministries, we stand firm on the truth of God’s Word. This statement outlines the core beliefs that shape our ministry, guide our teachings, and strengthen our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Core Beliefs
GOD
We believe there is only one, holy, true, and living God. God exists as a triune being—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit—three extensions of the same divine Godhead.
JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is God’s only begotten Son, born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, endured great suffering for humanity, and was crucified, buried, and resurrected on the third day. After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for us as we await His return to gather His true church for eternity.
HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, sent by the Father in Jesus’ name to teach and guide us into truth. The Holy Spirit comforts us, empowers us, and brings remembrance of all that Jesus has spoken. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which includes the gift of speaking in tongues and other spiritual gifts as described in 1 Corinthians 12.
BAPTISM
We believe in the full immersion of believers in water as a public declaration of faith. Baptism symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ and our commitment to follow Him. “You must be born again to see the Kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)
SALVATION
Salvation is the deliverance from the power and penalty of sin. We believe that salvation comes only through Jesus Christ, who paid the ultimate price for our sins on the cross. By His sacrifice, we are redeemed, forgiven, and given the gift of eternal life.“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
BIBLE
The Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It was written by men under the divine guidance of the Holy Spirit and serves as the ultimate guide for faith and life.
COMMUNION
We believe in the practice of Communion, partaking in the Lord’s Supper with bread and wine (or juice) to remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. This act is a profound expression of gratitude for His saving grace.“For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.” (1 Corinthians 11:26)
REPENTANCE
Repentance is essential for salvation. We believe that individuals must turn away from sin and fully surrender to God to receive forgiveness and eternal life.“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” (Acts 3:19)
FAMILY
We believe in the God-ordained institution of marriage, defined as the sacred union between one man and one woman. “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” (Genesis 2:24)
THE GOSPEL
We believe that God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are alive and active today. As believers, we are called to spread the Gospel, perform healing, and live in the power of the Holy Spirit just as Jesus instructed His disciples. “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation.” (Mark 16:15)
“But Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’” (Matthew 19:26)
